Optimisation of Selected Technological Processes in the Production of Bearing Components
Otoupalík, Jan ; Čep, Robert (referee) ; Sadílek, Marek (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
The dissertation is focused on the optimization of technological processes in the production of the outer bearing ring. The first part of the research was focused on the latest trends in the production of bearings. In the experimental part the technological processes of production were analyzed from the choice of the semi-finished product to the optimization of finishing technologies for machining the outer diameter of the bearing ring.
Laboratory Model for Simulation of Control of Simple Technological Process
Raška, Marek ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the improvement of the physical simulator of basic dynamic systems and the selection of suitable technological process to demonstrate simulation, control and visualization in laboratory teachings with a sample laboratory task. The result is an improved simulator used in the simulating of technological process using the programming structure and visualization of ControlWeb 8 application and input/output peripheral Datalab IO/USB.
A concept of a revolver hammer manufacturing process
Talanda, Jakub ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Sliwková, Petra (advisor)
The objective of this thesis is to propose a manufacturing procedure for the selected part, the Alfa revolver hammer. The paper begins with a short design summary of the part, considers available materials and bar stock, examines individual stages of the manufacturing process and makes a simple economic calculation. It concludes with a series of steps recommended for further action towards full-scale production.
Technological design of shaft production
Veselý, Ondřej ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis on Technological design of shaft production deals with machining processes in order to realization of production in the conditions of series production, based on the drawing of the part, when the appropriate material and semi-finished product is gradually determined following technological process. This is assigned to suitable machines and tools, the technical economic evaluation related to the production process is carried out. In conclusion it will be used CAD/CAM technology, the prototype component will be made on CNC machine using Edgecam software.
Design and implementation of ISA-S88 laboratory model
Husák, Michal ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis aims to clarify the control of batch processes, by using standard ANSI/ISA-S88. It implements the standard in the school example project, which will become a part of the laboratory practices in the course Process Control (MAUP). The design of assignment contains valuable tips for successfully finishing a laboratory task. The example protocol documents the program solution, which is also a detailed guide for students. The task is realized on the "Balls" laboratory model, which had to have its hardware innovated and wiring documented. Innovation of the model was done during the semester thesis, for the needs of course Programmable Logic Controllers (BPGA).
Analysis of the Impact of Technological Processes on the Properties of the Functional Areas of Bearings
Fišerová, Zuzana ; Čep, Robert (referee) ; Sadílek, Marek (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
The dissertation is focused on the bearing production technology issues. The aim of the thesis is to investigate and evaluate the influence of the technological processes on properties of the functional surfaces of an outer bearing ring. The development, rolling, grinding and turning have been selected as basic technological processes. The subject of the surface integrity research on test samples is the measurement and analysis of the quality of the machined surfaces and residual stresses in the surface layers of the bearing rings. The comparison is made in relation to the previous operations - rolling, turning and grinding.
Automatic proces control with system Control Web 7
Modlitba, Martin ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The master work topic is dealt with process control system Control Web 7. After the introductory preface is followed by the specification and description of controlled process (the specification). The following is verbally with the assistance of the flowchart describes the concept of the whole system under manufacture. Then there is outlined how to proceed with an application programming and is described also Control Web 7. The last part of the master work is devoted to final inspection using the program module VisionLab compared with competing vision systems, which is an addition to the family of Control Web.
Control and visualization of techlologic process via IPC
Buchta, Luděk ; Libor, Matys (referee) ; Dvořáček, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to acquaint with techniques and technologies used in the control and visualization of technologic processes. The industrial PC, PLC and Automation Panels from the company B&R was used on control of the technologic process in laboratory E541. Designed and implemented control algorithm contains three discrete controllers. The standard OPC is used for communication. Visualization for control workplace is created in the Program Control Web. Visualizations for operator workstations are created in the program Automation Studio. These visualizations are used to transfer information from the technological process.

Control Systems for the Technological Process Model
Řegucký, Jakub ; Baštán, Ondřej (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This work deals with systems and industrial controllers. The design of a model of a real technological process is demonstrated on a sewage treatment plant. A dynamic systems simulator serves to get an appropriate configuration for the chosen model which is then connected to a control system, measured and identified with the Matlab System Identification Toolbox. The calculation of regulator parameters and a process control is found in the second part of this work.
